How to file a grievance

If you are not happy or satisfied with any of PACE of West Baltimore’s services, you can alert any member of our staff.

You or your family caregiver can also fill out and submit a Grievance Form. Give the form to any PACE of West Baltimore employee. You can ask a staff member to complete the form for you.
